N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.24.6 - OBJECTIVE
A. Establish
minimum standards for end stage renal disease facilities in the state of New
Mexico.
B. Monitor end stage renal
disease facilities with these regulations through surveys to identify any areas
which could be dangerous or harmful to the patients or staff.
C. Encourage the maintenance of end stage
renal disease facilities that will provide quality services which maintain or
improve the health and quality of life for the patients.
