All registrations, interim and closing statements, contracts, fees and any other documents or instruments required to be filed by fund raising professionals and all correspondence relating thereto shall be directed to the New York State Attorney General, Charities Bureau, The Capitol, Albany, NY 12224 or to any other address that the Attorney General may designate.
