N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 13 § 97.7 - Adjournments
(a) Adjournments must be
requested by written affidavit sent to the hearing officer no later than three business days before the scheduled date of the hearing. The affidavit
should contain sufficient details to explain the reason for the request.
(b) Adjournments will be granted
only for good cause.
(c) No more than two adjournments will be granted.
