N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 21 § 5903.5 - Principal criteria for grant award selection
(a) The principal criteria for evaluation
shall include: the quality of the proposed project; the qualifications of
investigators; the degree to which the project has potential for industrial
application and commercialization; the importance of the subject field of
research for economic development in New York; the funding requirements; and
the provision of concurrent support from other sources.
