N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 22 § 1023.6 - Fees
(a)
When authorized by statute the director may request that the court award the
service a reasonable fee.
(b) The director's requests for fees
for the services of attorneys shall not exceed the hourly rates of compensation
set forth in section
35 of the
Judiciary Law; and the director's request for fees for the services of non-
lawyer professionals shall not exceed the hourly rate of compensation set forth
in the Unified Court System's compensation rate guidelines for court-appointed
non-lawyer professionals.
(c) Fees awarded the service shall be
maintained and dispensed in accordance with law.
