N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 22 § 1500.20 - Application
The requirements of this subpart shall apply to all attorneys who have been duly admitted to the practice of law in New York, are not exempt from these requirements pursuant to section 1500.5(b) of this Part, and are not newly admitted attorneys subject to the requirements of subpart B of this Part.
