N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 178.10 - Modification of conditions of participation
(a) Conditions of participation shall be
modified, as necessary, by the director .
(b) Any modification of the conditions of
participation shall involve the youth and, to the extent feasible, the
parent .
(c) All modifications shall
be in writing and signed in the same manner as the original conditions of
participation.
(d) A copy of the
modification shall be given to the youth and to the parent .
(e) A refusal by a youth to consent to a
modification shall result in termination of the youth's participation in a day
placement program .
