Each utility, upon filing a waiver of statutory notice with the commission not later than 60 days after service of a copy of the June 16, 1970 resolution, is authorized and permitted to keep its records and accounts in conformity with the Uniform Systems of Accounts as amended commencing January 1, 1970.
