10A N.C. Admin. Code 13K .1101 - ADMINISTRATION
(a) Hospice
residences must conform to the rules outlined in 10A NCAC 13K.0100 through
13K.0100 .1000.
(b) The hospice
shall maintain administrative control of and responsibility for the provision
of all services.
(c) The governing
body shall have written policies and procedures governing the admission and
delivery of all residential and inpatient hospice care services, including the
management of medical and other emergencies.
