10A N.C. Admin. Code 13K .1105 - HOSPICE VISITATION
(a) The hospice
shall:
(1) provide areas that ensure privacy
for visitation and at the time of death;
(2) arrange for family members to remain with
the patient overnight.
(b) Family and friends may visit at any hour.
Children and pets shall not be excluded.
