This Chapter 2 of Title 1 of the North Carolina Administrative Code (T01.02); STATE BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT; has been transferred to the Office of the Governor and recodified as Chapter 3 of Title 9 of the North Carolina Administrative Code (T09.03), effective August 1, 1980.
