N.D. Admin Code 60-02-05-02 - Witnesses
Witnesses will be orally examined under oath before the commissioner or hearing officer. Testimony may also be taken by deposition as provided in subdivision b of subsection 2 of section 60-02-04-02. Written testimony of any witness may be received when properly supported by the oral testimony of its author.
