N.D. Admin Code 95-01-01-01 - Organization of agricultural products utilization commission
1.
History and function. The agricultural
products utilization commission was established by the legislative assembly in
1979. Its functions include administering a fuel tax fund and a subsidy program
for agriculturally derived alcohol-blended fuels. The commission is authorized
by North Dakota Century Code chapter 4-14.1 to provide assistance to
agriculturally related industry.
2.
Purpose of commission. The purpose of the
commission is to enact the provisions of the code by supporting projects that
are consistent with the code and enhance opportunities in agricultural
research, development, diversification, processing, technologies, marketing,
and promotion.
3.
Commission membership. The commission
consists of nine members as designated in North Dakota Century Code section
4-14.1-03.
