Ohio Admin. Code 011-1-12 - Reconvening the apportionment board
Should further action be necessary pursuant to Article XI,
Section 13 of the Constitution of the State
state of Ohio,
this Apportionment Board
apportionment board shall reconvene at the request of
the Governor
governor subject to this chapter.
