Ohio Admin. Code 111:1-4-03 - Acknowledgment of business serivces form filed by electronic means
(A)
A form that is filed by electronic means shall be filed
by using an on-line application that is linked to the secretary of state's
internet home page.
(B)
The secretary of state shall immediately acknowledge
each form filed through the on-line application by notifying the filer when the
form is successfully submitted. Submitted forms may be subject to further
review by the secretary of state's office.
(C)
The secretary of
state's method of preserving forms filed by electronic means is to store all
such forms in a database maintained by the secretary of state.
