Ohio Admin. Code 111:2-4-06 - Contributions made by a candidate or by the candidate's campaign committee
Contributions made by a candidate to the candidate's own
campaign must be reported by the candidate's campaign committee. Contributions
made by a candidate's campaign committee to a political party, political
committee, political contributing entity, or another campaign committee must be
reported as expenditures on "Form No.
31-B," as prescribed by the secretary of
state, and the word "contribution" should be written in the "purpose" portion
of the form.
