accordance with this rule.
All payments of one hundred dollars
or more must be made by electronic funds transfer through the
treasurer of state's
state's online payment processing system and
remitted pursuant to procedures prescribed by the treasurer of state.
Payments that are less than one hundred dollars will
still be accepted by check with submission of the proper form.
The payments must be made on a monthly basis within thirty calendar days following the end of each month unless otherwise directed by statute.
