Ohio Admin. Code 120-1-01 - Ohio public defender commission declaration of policy
The Ohio public defender commission intends to
clarify

shall conduct its programs that provide, supervise, and coordinate legal
representation pursuant to Chapter 120. of the Revised Code. The commission
