Ohio Admin. Code 123:1-1-06 - State colleges and universities

State colleges and universities shall be covered by these rules governing personnel practices unless the college or university adopts other their own rules in accordance with Chapter 124 of the Revised Code and Sections 119.03 to 119.05 of the Revised Code applicable statutes.
