Ohio Admin. Code 1301:3-2-04 - Plumbing Inspector Jurisdiction

(A) Certified municipal building departments may employ plumbing inspectors; certified township and county building departments shall not employ plumbing inspectors. Plumbing inspections are the jurisdiction of the county health district. The plumbing inspector employed by the county board of health has exclusive jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of the plumbing code.
