Ohio Admin. Code 1301:5-3-15 - Educational instruction
The ten hours of
post-licensure classroom instruction as
prescribed in division (G)(1) of section
4735.07 and in division
(G)
(J) of
section 4735.09 of the Revised Code
shall not be offered to a licensee in which the instruction exceeds eight
classroom hours in any one calendar
day.
