Ohio Admin. Code 1501:3-4-04 - Vehicles, snowmobiles, bicycles, dog sleds, horses required to stay on roads or trails; negligent operation, accessibility
(A) No person shall operate any
motor vehicle or vehicle
or ride any APV, snowmobile, bicycle, dog
sled, or horse within any state forest except over and upon roads, trails or
other facilities designated and provided and posted for such purpose unless
authorized by the chief or his authorized agent.
(B) No person shall cause a
motor vehicle or vehicle, dog sled,
bicycle, APV, snowmobile or horse to be
operated or lead in a careless, negligent or reckless manner.
(C) This rule shall not restrict the use of a
motorized wheelchair or scooter by a person who is non-ambulatory in any area
open to the public and where not otherwise restricted for safety purposes,
resource protection, or by designation of the chief or authorized
agent.
