Ohio Admin. Code 1501:46-15-17 - Special management hunts
(A) The chief, with concurrence of the chief
of the division of wildlife and the approval of the director, may offer
drawings for special management hunts in areas where hunting would not
ordinarily be permitted. The fee for entering drawings for these special
management hunting opportunities is five dollars. The chief may determine
whether part or all of the drawing entry fees are refundable.
(B) No person shall enter a drawing for a
special hunt until they exhibit a valid Ohio hunting license.
