(A)
No
It is unlawful for any person

horsepower rating in excess of ten horsepower to propel a vessel on the
Cuyahoga river between the state route 91 bridge in Munroe falls to the Broad
street dam in Cuyahoga Falls.
(B)
This rule does not apply to any vessel whose owner is a state or subdivision
thereof which is clearly identificable

Nothing in
this rule shall prohibit vessels
