Ohio Admin. Code 1501:47-9-08 - Night speed activities
It shall be
is unlawful for any person to operate or permit
to be operated a watercraft at a speed in excess of six miles per hour, or to
engage in water skiing, surfboarding, or other like towing activities on any
waters of the Muskingum watershed conservancy district from sunset to sunrise
local time.
