Ohio Admin. Code 1501:9-11-04 - Notification and supervision
(A) A person to whom a permit to plug or a
permit to plug back a dry or lost hole has been issued may conduct plugging or
plugback operations only if the person notifies the applicable division
inspector to enable the inspector to be present when operations will
commence.
(B) Except as provided in
paragraph (A) of this rule, a person may commence plugging only if the person
notifies the applicable division inspector a minimum of twenty- four hours
prior to commencement of plugging.
(C) If a well is located in a coal bearing
township, the person shall
