Ohio Admin. Code 173-60-02 - Nursing home quality initiative: qualifications for approval
To receive
qualify for
ODA
ODA's approval, a
quality improvement project shall meet all of the
following requirements:
(A) The project shall improve the quality of
a nursing home.
(B) The project
shall have elements that include a plan, action aimed at improving quality,
evaluation of the action, and proposed new action
resulting from the evaluation.
