On the "Nursing Home Quality Initiative" website, ODA shall
list
publish
the following:
(A) Each
ODA- approved quality improvement
project.
(B) A description of the
evidence that participating nursing homes shall produce for ODH surveyors to
demonstrate the nursing home's compliance with section
3721.072 of the Revised
Code.
