Ohio Admin. Code 311-5-04 - Executive sessions

(A) Pursuant to section 121.22 of the Revised Code, executive sessions of the commission are not open to the public.
(B) The commission may hold an executive session at a regular or special meeting for the purposes listed in section 121.22 of the Revised Code.
