Ohio Admin. Code 3301-16-06 - Retaking end-of-course examinations
(A)
A student, who
entered ninth grade for the first time on or after July 1, 2014, may retake any
end-of-course examination prescribed under division (B)(2) of section
3301.0712 of the Revised Code
during the student's academic career. The student may retake an exam during
testing window(s) designated by the department of education.
(B)
If a student does
not take an end-of-course examination on the scheduled administration date, the
department of education shall make available to the student one of the
following at a later time in the student's academic career:
(1)
The examination
for which the student was absent; or
(2)
A substantially
similar examination. A substantially similar examination includes a different
version of the state end of course test in the same subject
area.
