Ohio Admin. Code 3301-44-07 - Provider funding
(A)
Funding for the
adult diploma program will be calculated in accordance with division (D) of
section 3313.902 of the Revised
Code.
(B)
At the beginning of each fiscal year, the department
will notify providers of funding allocations based on available
appropriations.
(C)
The department may reallocate funds originally
allocated to one provider to another provider if the funds are not going to be
spent by the originally allocated provider.
(D)
The department
may change the allocation of funds in order to achieve more equitable access to
the adult diploma program.
(E)
If a provider
would like to use funds other than the funds appropriated for the
administration of the adult diploma program, including federal funds, in
accordance with division (D)(4) of section
3313.902 of the Revised Code, it
may submit a request in writing to the department. The superintendent of public
instruction in consultation with the chancellor of higher education will make a
determination as to whether the alternative funding source is
appropriate.
