Ohio Admin. Code 3301-45-05 - Enrollment

(A) The department shall develop a reporting system to track enrollment of participants adult learners throughout the course of a school year to maximize capacity of the program.
(B) The department may limit enrollment by a particular provider to ensure that services for adult learners participants are accessible throughout the state.
