Ohio Admin. Code 3301-73-19 - Transcripts

(A) The respondent may obtain duplicate transcripts of the stenographic record taken of a hearing directly from the court reporter at the requestor's expense.

(B) Original transcripts shall not be removed from the control of the department.

(C)(B) Transcripts of an administrative hearing shall be are a public record under section 149.43 of the Revised Code and shall will be redacted in accordance with paragraph (J) of rule 3301-73-04 of the Administrative Code.

(D)(C) Any portion of a hearing transcript which contains information that is required to be kept confidential pursuant to federal, state, or local law shall will be sealed by order of the hearing officer and made part of the hearing record. Confidential portions of hearing transcripts shall are not be a public record under section 149.43 of the Revised Code.
