Ohio Admin. Code 3332-1-01 - Authority for rule adoption
(A) Pursuant to division (A) of section
3332.031 of the Revised Code,
these standards, rules, regulations and administrative procedures are
promulgated by the authority of the state board of career colleges and
schools.
(B) The state board of
career colleges and schools will adopt and rescind rules in accordance with
Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
(C) The board shall provide notice of all
public rule hearings by publishing such notice as is required by Chapter 119.
of the Revised Code. In addition, the board shall provide timely notice to
registered schools and other interested parties concerning the time and place
of all public rule hearings.
(D)
The board may provide any notice beyond that required by
of this rule and by Chapter 119. of the
Revised Code as it considers appropriate or necessary under the circumstances.
Failure to provide copies of the text of the proposed rules shall not be
considered as a basis for invalidating any rule, or portion of a rule, adopted,
amended, or rescinded by the board.
(E) Copies of the text of the proposed rules
shall be available in the office of the board for at least thirty days prior to
the public hearing period. No charge shall be levied for an examination of the
proposed rules.
