Ohio Admin. Code 3335-11-01 - General discipline

(A) The president shall have the final responsibility and authority for the discipline of all students of the university. The president may delegate this This responsibility and authority may be delegated by the president to the vice president for student life (see paragraph (H) (E) of rule 3335-1-03 of the Administrative Code).

(B) The deans of colleges and of the graduate school, the directors of schools, and the chairs of departments, respectively, are responsible to the president through regular disciplinary channels for the discipline of all students in the activities of their respective colleges, schools, and departments.
