Ohio Admin. Code 3335-5-20 - Presiding officer
The president of the university shall be the presiding officer
of the university faculty. In the president's absence the duties of the
presiding officer shall be assigned to the executive vice president and
provost. In the absence of both the president and the executive vice president
and provost, the duties of the presiding officer shall be assigned by the
president to the dean of one of the colleges, the dean for undergraduate
education, or the senior vice president for
research.
