Ohio Admin. Code 3342-5-06 - University policy regarding delegation of authority to close the university

(A) Policy statement. In emergency circumstances and after declaration of a state of emergency as authorized by House Bill 1219 of the 108th General Assembly, the president of the university may suspend all or part of the university operations. Such suspension may exceed four days only upon authorization of the board or, if a quorum cannot be consulted, the chairperson thereof.
