Ohio Admin. Code 3344-13-04 - Amendments
Any proposed amendment to these bylaws, approved by the faculty
senate and determined to be substantive by the faculty senate, shall be
submitted to the members of the faculty to be voted on
using a secure electronic or paper
for a
mail ballot. A positive vote by a majority of the members of the
faculty voting shall be sufficient for the adoption of the proposed amendment
after approval by the board of trustees.
