(A) This
organization shall be known as the faculty of the college of graduate studies
of Cleveland state university.
(B)
Graduate studies shall be defined as those academic and professional curricula,
which require student achievement above the baccalaureate level in any field
leading to a master's, specialist's, or doctoral degree, except for the
degree
degrees of juris
doctor
J.D. or L.L.M. In addition,
graduate level certificates, licensure programs or other post baccalaureate
programs may apply to the graduate council for inclusion.
