Ohio Admin. Code 3344-14-06 - Meetings
(A) The faculty of
the college of graduate studies shall meet at least once each academic year, at
a date and time to be set by the graduate dean and the graduate council, and
upon at least seven days advance notice, with a published agenda which shall
permit the introduction of business from the floor. Faculty meetings may be
requested by petition of at least five per cent of the voting members of the
faculty of the college of graduate studies, as presented in writing to the dean
of the college.
(B) Twenty-five per
cent of the total membership of the faculty of the college of graduate studies
shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting official
business.
(C) All meetings shall be
conducted according to Robert's Rules of order.
(D) Items may be placed on the published
agenda of graduate faculty meetings by the graduate dean, the graduate council,
or the request of at least five per cent of the voting members of the faculty
of the college of graduate studies.
