Ohio Admin. Code 3344-16-06 - Holiday observances
(A) The university recognizes the following
holidays:
New Year's day
Martin Luther King day
Presidents' day
Memorial day
Independence day
Labor day
Columbus day
Veteran's day
Thanksgiving day
Christmas day
(B) The administration may establish
alternate days of observance for the following holidays:
Martin Luther King day
President's day
Columbus day
Veteran's day
(C) On days which are designated by the
university to be holidays, faculty members shall not be required to be on
campus, or at an off-campus site, or to perform any other duties with respect
to the university. Nevertheless, on days designated by the university to be
holidays, faculty members shall have access to the campus and to their offices
and research facilities.
