Ohio Admin. Code 3344-28-08 - Other considerations
The research integrity officer will ensure that the
respondent's personnel file contains a copy of the original allegation and of
the final report. If the inquiry or investigation results in the conclusion
that a preponderance of the
clear and convincing evidence of academic
research misconduct has not been found, all persons who have been interviewed
or otherwise informed of the charge will be notified in writing that the
charges have been investigated and that the committee has been unable to find
a preponderance of
clear and convincing evidence of academic research
misconduct. Respondents in such cases should be consulted regarding other
actions that might be taken on their behalf to restore their
reputations.
