Ohio Admin. Code 3354:1-41-02.2 - Vacation time for full-time non-bargaining employees indent procedure
Employees "length of service" shall include: employment periods
where an employee's employment with the College
college was
terminated for a time period of less than one calendar year and the employee is
subsequently reemployed by the College
college within one year.
