Ohio Admin. Code 3356-1-12 - Fifteen-year plan for energy efficiency and conservation projects

(A) The statutory requirements of Ohio House Bill 251 of the 126^th General Assembly call for an overall reduction in energy use of twenty per cent by 2014, relative to use levels of 2004.

(B) Ohio House Bill 251 also requires that Pursuant to section 3345.69 of the Revised Code, the board of trustees of each state university develop its own is required to develop a fifteen-year plan for phasing in energy efficiency and conservation projects.

(C) Youngstown state university has developed a fifteen-year plan ("plan") for phasing in energy efficiency and conservation projects, which is available at the university office of facilities.

(D) Projects completed under the plan have already satisfied the reductions in energy use specified in Ohio House Bill 251.

(E) The plan allows for continued success at the university in energy efficiency and conservation.
