Ohio Admin. Code 3357:15-1-01 - Governance commitment
(A)
The board of
trustees will govern stark state college in accordance with the Constitution
and laws of the state of Ohio. The board will always act in the best interest
of the college (students, faculty, and staff) and the community as a whole. The
board is committed to excellence.
(B)
Educational
programs and other services of the college shall be of high quality and provide
open access.
