Ohio Admin. Code 3358:14-3-21 - Drug free workplace
(A) Northwest state community college shall
comply with the Drug-free Workplace Act of 1988 and the Drug-free School and
Community Act of 1989.
(B)
Northwest state community college shall maintain a drug
and alcohol prevention plan.
