Ohio Admin. Code 3358:14-3-25 - Sick leave donation policy

(A) Policy statement: Northwest state community college is committed to recruiting and retaining quality employees in the administrative areas. To accomplish this goal the college strives to stand out as an employer of choice. The college goal is to create a community that supports graded employees and their families and the college regards family care concerns as legitimate and important.

(B) The purpose of the vacation sick leave donation policy is to provide financial assistance during approved unpaid leaves of absence due to serious, life-threatening or terminal illness and/or injury to self or immediate family members. This policy visibly demonstrates the college's commitment to work/life integration. The human resource department will be responsible for the administration of this policy and procedure.
