(A)
Terra state community college does not discriminate on the
basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sex, age, gender
identity, genetic information, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital
status, disability, pregnancy, military status, or special disabled or
Vietnam-era veteran status in provision of educational programs and services or
employment opportunities and benefits pursuant to the requirements of Title VI
of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972,
Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the American with
Disabilities Act of 1990, the Age Discrimination Act of 1976, the Vietnam Era
Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, and Chapter 4112. of the
Ohio
Revised
Code.
