Ohio Admin. Code 3358:5-1-31 - Emergency executive succession
In order to protect the college and its board from sudden loss
of presidential services, the president will have no fewer than two other
executive staff members familiar with board and presidential issues and
procedures. The president will present to the board each year at its reorganizational meeting in
January, a recommended line of interim leadership.
