Ohio Admin. Code 3362-5-07 - Drug-free campus and workplace
It is the responsibility of each campus visitor, faculty
member, staff member, and student to adhere to this rule. If a violation of
this rule occurs, support programs will be made available where appropriate.
Disciplinary action may be taken, up to and including termination or dismissal
from the university,
-- in accordance with the applicable university
policy, collective bargaining agreement, or
student conduct code--, and possible criminal prosecution.
In accordance with the drug free workplace act of 1988 and the drug free schools and communities act, the university will promote substance-abuse awareness that may include the following:
The university will establish a process to ensure compliance with the notification requirements of the drug free workplace act of 1988 as applied to employees who work under a federal grant or contract.
